**Work Environment**
Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will primarily work from our Toronto office, with a combination of in-office and remote work. Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility around start and end times. Candidates applying from outside the area will be expected to relocate to a commutable distance.

**About You**
You are a self-driven, detail-oriented individual capable of analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes related to our payments system and the Deposits-as-a-Service solution. You are passionate about collaborating with stakeholders across technology, operations, and compliance to ensure the successful delivery of system enhancements, new features, and regulatory changes. You are skilled in requirements management and have extensive experience working with business users, programmers, and Quality Assurance teams.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a Business System Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, focusing on core banking or deposits.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile development environment.
- Experience in API development.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation, including product operations and compliance processes.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for managing project requirements and documentation.
- Familiarity with deposit products and related regulatory requirements (CDIC, FINTRAC, tax reporting) is an asset.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the product owner to understand high-level requirements and capture business needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and develop comprehensive process flow diagrams, user stories, and functional specification documents.
- Obtain input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and identify solution interdependencies.
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners.
- Use Jira and Confluence to manage and track project requirements and documentation.
- Participate in design reviews and communicate system designs to validate proposed solutions.
- Present new product functionality to stakeholders and provide support during system implementation, including user training.

**Compensation**
Peoples Group offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $95,000 to $115,000, based on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the selected candidate. Additional benefits include group benefits and participation in our RRSP matching program, starting on the first day of employment.
