**Job Title: Financial Services Regulatory Reporting Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Leverage strong experience in a financial services organization, including regulatory reporting and submissions, risk management, finance, and technology.
- Utilize in-depth domain knowledge in retail and commercial banking, focusing on compliance and understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles.
- Work with OFSAA modules (OFSI, FSDF, CAP, GL Recon) specifically on implementing Basel III and large exposure framework requirements.
- Apply OSFI regulatory knowledge, CAD retail product knowledge, and risk knowledge related to OSFI/DGS/GL Recon/CRA/OFSAA applications, with expertise in data integration and data models.
- Document strong requirements, ensuring data lineage and STTM experience are adequately captured.
- Understand accounting processes and events to accommodate EBA requirements.
- Capture regulatory reporting business requirements specific to OFSAA calculations and transformation needs.
- Validate that the OFSAA solution meets functional requirements and complies with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to clearly understand project requirements.
- Design and configure Oracle Financial Analytical Application modules for Basel solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
- Develop functional and technical specifications, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Assist in testing the configured OFSAA modules in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments.
- Ensure accurate implementation of capital computation and risk management practices.
- Create comprehensive functional project documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define data requirements and design data structures for the application.
- Assist clients with user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Provide guidance and expertise on system enhancements and optimizations to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Conduct system configuration, customization, and data migration activities.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in financial services with a focus on regulatory reporting and risk management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with OFSAA modules and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
