**Pay Details:** $65,600 - $98,400 CAD

**Job Description:**
Join the Financial Crimes Response - Case Management Product team and leverage industry-leading technologies to respond to fraud and financial crime events. You will enable Case Management tools and capabilities to optimize business operational efficiency, reduce loss and risk exposure, and improve colleague and customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver scalable, reliable, and robust products.
- Provide an exceptional user experience through process optimization and data aggregation.
- Continuously improve operational efficiencies through systemic automation and integrations.
- Act as a subject matter expert in your business area and recommend best practices.
- Research and analyze current system processes and define technology solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements.
- Support testing teams in translating requirements into test conditions.
- Lead business acceptance testing and define verification processes in production.
- Participate in change management activities and develop training materials.
- Promote innovation and critical thinking to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Adhere to the TD code of conduct and support a positive work environment.
- Assist in the completion and performance of work activities while contributing to a diverse and equitable workforce.

**Qualifications:**
- Undergraduate degree and/or product certification.
- 3-5 years of relevant business experience.
- 1-2 years of experience as a business SME and in agile delivery.
- Certification or experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is an asset.
- Experience in Fraud Management, GSI, AML, or Insider Risk Management is desirable.
- Case Management, Jira, JTMF, and Confluence experience preferred.
