**The Opportunity:**
We are seeking senior managers for our Financial Services (FS) consulting practice. Our team is dedicated to transforming businesses by harnessing the potential of people, technology, and innovation. You will work alongside top executives in financial institutions, helping them navigate emerging technologies and realize competitive advantages.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Advise clients and collaborate with professionals on strategic transformations and digital implementations.
- Lead client engagements, cultivating relationships and developing team members.
- Generate new business opportunities and present innovative solutions to clients.
- Work across various industries, including wealth and asset management, retail and commercial banking, insurance, and capital markets.

**Required Experience & Skills:**
- Expertise in client projects encompassing FS lines of business strategies, operational enhancements, digital journeys, and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Deep understanding of sales, distribution, product, operations, risk, and compliance within financial services.
- Proven ability to lead complex client engagements related to strategy, operational effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant education in financial services, business, technology, or related fields (ideally 8+ years of experience in consulting).
- Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
