**Job Posting: Buyer - Infrastructure Division**

We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Infrastructure division and build innovative projects in the transit and transportation sectors, including roads, highways/freeways, bridges, interchanges, LRTs, BRTs, and airports.

**Position Overview:**
As a Buyer at Graham, reporting to the Supply Chain Lead, you will be accountable for providing effective operational procurement and delivering supply chain solutions to assigned projects, supporting both pre-construction and operations teams. This role focuses on improving operational performance, reducing costs, and mitigating business risks while embedding category strategies into projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the Supply Chain Lead in achieving planned objectives and initiatives
- Manage supply chain activities within our Ontario business unit
- Assist in supply chain solutions for bids and project execution
- Participate in strategic projects to streamline processes
- Ensure supply chain safety, sustainability, and appropriate accreditation
- Support operational procurement needs at the site level
- Assist in the compilation of project procurement strategies and schedules
- Monitor supply chain delivery against procurement schedules
- Provide accurate and concise data summaries and reports
- Conduct regular management reporting, financial status updates, forecasting, and budgeting
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities and service improvements
- Carry out quotation analysis and tender evaluations
- Prepare and issue enquiries for subcontractors and materials
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Resolve issues between suppliers and Graham, expedite quotes, and deliveries

**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field
- Pursuit of SCMA / CIPS qualification is an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Buyer within a General Contracting organization or comparable industry
- Intermediate knowledge of procurement processes and relevant market knowledge
- Competency in supplier selection and evaluation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
