**Campus Talent Acquisition Senior Associate - Human Resources**

**Meaningful Work**
As a Campus Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you will help solve complex business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and drive operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning, arranging, and attending campus recruitment events at target universities.
- Acting as an ambassador for PwC, promoting our corporate culture and student opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining engaging social media communication.
- Identifying and building relationships with high-performing students to facilitate hiring.
- Coordinating the summer intern program, including events and activities.
- Serving as a primary contact for career centers, prospective students, and campus recruitment referrals.
- Tracking candidate applications through the recruitment applicant tracking system.
- Educating internal clients on campus recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Communicating with local and national stakeholders, including Partners and Human Capital teams.
- Collaborating with Recruitment Champions to design and implement the campus recruitment strategy.
- Engaging with candidates post-hire to ensure their engagement before their start date.
- Networking to understand the competitive landscape in talent acquisition.
- Providing accurate management information on campus recruitment activities.

**Experiences and Skills**
- Previous campus recruitment experience, either at an employer or university.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with internal clients.
- Strong collaboration skills to develop campus recruitment strategies.
- Motivated, creative, and proactive approach to recruitment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
