**Position Summary**
The Merchandise Analytics and Data Science team delivers scalable insights and solutions that drive business performance metrics. As a Senior Manager, you will lead insight-driving analyses and design pivotal algorithms and data solutions in collaboration with business partners to drive ROI.

**What You'll Do**
- Build best-in-class decision support solutions leveraging sophisticated mathematical models and cutting-edge machine learning techniques.
- Demonstrate prudence in balancing business priorities with solution complexity and impact.
- Drive effective cross-functional collaboration across merchandising, technology, and supply chain to achieve project goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert on insights and analytics, providing relevant and impactful recommendations.
- Partner with various business units to drive the adoption of solutions and achieve overall business and financial objectives.
- Define the technology roadmap and architecture for production systems, collaborating with onshore and offshore technology teams.
- Lead and develop a team of Senior Analysts, providing technical guidance and coaching on communication, collaboration, and leadership.
- Foster a mindset of continuous improvement and comfort in change and ambiguity within the team.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field, with a focus on Business Management.
- 8+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with a background in software engineering being a plus.
- Extensive experience with SQL, R, Python, and advanced decision-making techniques using Regression/Classification Machine Learning.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms, both orally and in writing.
- Experienced in building financial models, ROI analyses, predictive models, and optimization models.
- Proficient in scalable data manipulation technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and Cuda.
- Ability to coach and mentor data scientists.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Age 16 or older.
