**Your Impact as a Certified Level II Dental Assistant**
In this role, you will contribute to creating positive patient experiences and practice growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Chairside assisting with the Orthodontist for orthodontic procedures.
- Managing the patient experience with exceptional customer service.
- Taking intra-oral photo records and radiographs.
- Performing Invisalign scans and impressions.
- Following RCDSO infection control protocols for sterilization of instruments.
- Providing oral health education to patients and families.
- Performing other duties for the efficient operation of the practice, including administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Successfully completed a Level 2 Dental Assistant Certificate.
- Must have written NDAEB board exams and possess active HARP certification.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with a proven ability to build rapport.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
