**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Change, Learning & Communications Analyst to join our IT Planning and Project Services team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering support in Organizational Change, Learning, and Communications (CLC). This role is essential in facilitating organizational change, driving learning initiatives, and managing communication strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*Change Management:*
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and projects.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to leadership and teams throughout the change process.
- Monitor progress and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
*Learning and Development:*
- Design, deliver, and assess learning and development programs that align with organizational goals.
- Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and materials.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance employee skills.
*Communications:*
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure effective messaging to employees.
- Create engaging content for various communication channels (emails, newsletters, intranet).
- Coordinate town hall meetings and other communication events.
- Monitor feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, learning and development, and corporate communications.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Familiarity with various communication tools and platforms.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
