**Job Summary:**
The Change Manager, Product Transformation at RBC Investor Services (IS) is accountable for leading and executing change management deliverables (process, technology, and people) for assigned strategic initiatives. This role will involve developing a change management plan, conducting impact assessments, and supporting the design of target state processes to ensure successful adoption across internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own process and controls impact assessments (current vs. target state).
- Develop a change management plan for implementing process and controls changes.
- Lead the development and implementation of organizational change management (OCM) methodology and strategies.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, organizational impact assessments, and change readiness assessments.
- Facilitate training, communication, and other change adoption initiatives.
- Monitor and mitigate change management risks throughout projects.
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to management on change management progress.

**Qualifications:**
**Must-Have:**
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership/management role with RBC cross-functional business experience (IS preferred).
- 7+ years in the financial industry, specifically in Investor Services/Fund Administration.
- Thorough operational knowledge of related systems, processes, procedures, and policies.
- 3+ years in Change Management and Project Management.
- Experience delivering training sessions in various formats.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of collaboration with clients and senior management.

**Nice to Have:**
- Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
- PMP or Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci).
