**Andromeda Group, Perseus Group**

**Position Summary**
The Andromeda Group is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the President of one of our internal portfolios. This role will collaborate with all department leads, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Development, to identify business opportunities, execute strategic product roadmaps, and drive organic growth initiatives. You will help manage and grow the businesses within the portfolio and assist in the integration of new acquisitions.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Lead initiatives and special projects, providing valuable insights into the performance of each business.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and best practice sharing with other Perseus businesses.
- Conduct financial analysis, including financial modeling and preparing reports for presentations, drawing insights based on analysis performed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional finance resources to participate in quarterly business reviews and enhance financial and operational performance metrics.
- Support M&A activities, including contract evaluation and conducting financial and operational analysis, gaining exposure to the entire software acquisition cycle.
- Provide operational support by reviewing monthly and quarterly business performances and assisting in developing effective action plans to implement and assess performance of approved initiatives.

**Education and Experience:**
- Minimum of five years at a tier-one management consulting firm, private equity, investment shop, or investment banking analyst program.
- Undergraduate Degree in Business; MBA or CPA is an asset but not required.
- Ability to establish credibility with senior business leaders.
- Proven research, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to identify opportunities proactively.
- Capable of working independently while seeking guidance and learning opportunities.
- Highly competent in Excel with financial modeling experience.
- Desire to pursue a long-term career path at Perseus Group, Constellation Software.

**Location:**
Hybrid work environment; presence required in our Downtown Toronto office 2-3 days per week.

**Travel Requirement:**
Moderate travel, primarily within North America, along with ad hoc travel related to M&A activities.
