**About The Role:**
We’re looking for a Claims Representative II to join our growing team!

**Responsibilities:**
- Represent the company in the negotiation and settlement of claims.
- Handle and examine small to medium complex claims.
- Investigate, negotiate, and settle losses for claims up to $150,000 for personal line losses and $100,000 for commercial losses.
- Conduct analysis and assessment including coverage, quantum, and liability assessments.
- Manage indemnity and expenses to ensure accurate financials on claim files.
- Review the Insured's policy to determine coverage.
- Gather information from the insured and other involved parties.
- Provide quality service to customers and answer queries relating to claims.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers on the status of their claims.
- Determine coverage by analyzing the necessary claim requirements.
- Assign and manage independent adjusters as needed.
- Identify the need for expert involvement in claims while controlling costs.
- Settle claims fairly and complete payments.
- Assist with unit priorities, including training and development of staff.

**What You Bring:**
- University degree/college diploma preferred or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of property claims handling experience, including personal, condominium, and commercial claims.
- Commitment to self-development.
