**Job Purpose**
As a Brand Ambassador, you will convey the Brand’s philosophy and values, maximizing sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing brand loyalty, while providing a unique in-store experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
- Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
- Ensure high standards of shop floor maintenance and visual display, complying with operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining a high level of security and be vigilant in preventing product theft.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and an interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion and knowledge of the product category
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
