**The Opportunity:**
This position offers direct patient care in a fast-paced Regional Multiple Sclerosis (MS) clinic. You will focus primarily on MS patients, alongside providing care for those with Neuromuscular disorders, Migraine, Epilepsy, and Parkinson’s. The Clinical Liaison Nurse will be responsible for managing patient care and act as the primary contact for assigned healthcare providers, facilitating easy access to prescribed therapies and providing comprehensive support.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with physicians in a specialized Neurology clinic
- Perform HCP and patient registration activities
- Provide medical support and education to patients and HCPs
- Prepare for and attend specialized training sessions
- Offer both in-person and virtual support
- Review patient files, document treatment history, and maintain confidentiality
- Liaise with physicians’ offices, pharmacies, and other parties to ensure comprehensive service
- Administer medications as required and monitor patients post-injection
- Host patient education sessions and schedule appointments
- Adhere to professional nursing standards and actively participate in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide ongoing support and advocacy to patients and HCPs
- Report and document adverse events as per requirements
- Assist in developing and adhering to safety policies and procedures

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2-4 years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Licensed RPN or RN
- Experience in the Neurology therapeutic area is an asset
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Must hold a valid and unrestricted driver's license
- Bilingual English and French an asset
- Proficient in administering medications (IM and SC)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
