**Salary:** $66,924 - $83,655 annually (To Commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN compensation policy)

**Position Summary**
The Drug Development Program at Princess Margaret Hospital is the largest drug development program in Canada, focusing on innovative drugs and immunotherapy. This role involves a collaborative approach to ensure the rapid completion of high-quality studies. The Clinical Study and Regulatory Specialist I will coordinate clinical trials from protocol review to trial closure in a hybrid office environment.
**Duties**
- Monitor and promote the quality and integrity of data; record clinical trial data in case report forms (CRFs).
- Ensure compliance with applicable ICH-GCP, FDA, and Tri-Council regulations.
- Use quality assurance procedures to obtain high-quality data.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalent in Health or Science-related discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in Oncology, Clinical Trials, or related fields.
- Working knowledge of CTCAE, eCRFs, REB submissions, and ICF amendments is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
- Client service-oriented with the ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
