The Child Development Institute (CDI) is dedicated to transforming the lives of children, youth, and their families through innovative, research-based mental health and early learning programs. With over 100 years of experience, we prioritize the needs of our clients, driven by a mission grounded in data-informed strategies and a commitment to fostering resilience and positive mental health.

**Who We Need:**
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our east-end SNAP Clinical Program. SNAP is an evidence-based model that assists children aged 6-11 facing behavioral challenges by teaching emotional regulation, self-control, and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Early Intervention, SNAP Clinical Programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Team Management:** Oversee the performance of Child and Family Workers, including recruitment, supervision, and evaluation. Foster a knowledge-sharing environment and provide training to inspire professional growth.
- **Clinical Oversight:** Manage the clinical work of the team, including scheduling, assigning work, and overseeing caseloads to meet performance indicators. Ensure the quality of assessment and treatment plans.
- **Reporting:** Monitor service delivery against agency standards and participate in supervisory and management groups to ensure operational consistency.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with CDI managers for effective coordination and operations across the agency.

**What You Bring:**
- **Education:** Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline. Registration with a health professions college (e.g., OCSWSSW, College of Psychologists).
- **Experience:** Minimum of five years in clinical therapy with children, adolescents, and families, and experience in supervisory roles or evidence-based interventions.
- **Skills:** Strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage high-risk situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
- **Attributes:** A dedicated team player with high standards of integrity, accountability, and a commitment to diversity and inclusivity.

**Other Requirements:**
All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check, credential verifications, and reference checks.

**Join Us:**
At CDI, we prioritize the mental well-being of our teams while acknowledging the demanding aspects of this work. We offer a supportive environment with benefits including:

- Full health and well-being benefits
- Generous paid time off
- Flexible working hours
- Ongoing professional development opportunities

If you align with our vision to create lasting changes in mental health, we encourage you to apply.

**Application Process:**
If you're interested in this role but don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply. The interview process includes a virtual meeting with a Talent Advisor followed by an in-person interview with key team members.
