**Position Overview:**
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to implement and support new features and enhancements for our Incentive Compensation Management products. You will guide technical work on the services supporting the Incentive Compensation Management pipeline and mentor other Cloud Operations Engineers.

**What You'll Do:**
- Monitor and tune application infrastructure for optimal performance and resource utilization.
- Lead infrastructure service requests toward customer-focused resolutions.
- Automate application configuration, setup, and deployment.
- Provide technical solutions to improve business operations.
- Engineer, deploy, and support releases, enhancements, and new services.

**What You'll Bring:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience with 4+ years in a CloudOps/DevOps role.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM).
- Proficiency in automation and software development (Scripting languages, Python).
- Experience with production-level client-facing products or services.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline development and management.
- Strong technical knowledge in Linux and Windows server management.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

**Success Outcomes:**
- **Short Term (1-3 Months):** Complete training on our tech stack and collaborate with cloud engineers to support production environments.
- **Medium Term (4-6 Months):** Continuously optimize application infrastructure and automate deployment processes.
- **Long Term (7 Months and Beyond):** Become a subject matter expert for new features, lead technical discussions, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
