**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Co-op student currently enrolled in the Business Administration/Management program with a focus on Business Analytics or Marketing to join our team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in data analysis, market research, and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both business analytics and marketing, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to help drive the company’s marketing strategies and business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*Business Analytics:*
- Assist in analyzing business performance data and preparing reports.
- Support the team in developing dashboards and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to provide insights into industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
- Use data to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.

*Marketing:*
- Assist in developing marketing strategies based on data insights and market trends.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Conduct customer segmentation and profiling to help target specific marketing initiatives.
- Participate in the creation and management of marketing content, such as blogs, social media posts, and client presentations.

**Length of Internship:** 8 - 12 months

**Qualifications:**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Business program with a focus on strategy and marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a willingness to experiment and explore new ideas.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
