**Your Opportunity**
BDO Digital is looking for a Co-op or Intern, Cloud Analyst to join the BDO Cloud Operations team from May to August 2025.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Contribute to a fast-paced Cloud sales cycle focused on acquiring, onboarding, and supporting our expanding customer base.
- Provide pre-sales pricing and subscription support on Microsoft CSP and Cloud-based Solutions while delivering excellent customer service.
- Participate in inbound sales activities and develop key knowledge of MS licensing programs.
- Provide training and support to internal and external customers on Office 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and BDO Cloud offerings.
- Act as a contact person for new or existing clients throughout the sales lifecycle, including preparing proposals, change orders, and onboarding.
- Process and track orders, client invoicing, and reconciliations in collaboration with billing team members.
- Develop sales propensity models, forecast sales reports, and manage opportunity tracking.
- Help create tools, processes, and research information to enhance cloud operations.
- Prepare documents and report implementation status, including monthly reporting on key activities.

**Experience and Education:**
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, IT Management, or a Business-related program with a focus on Technology.
- Passionate about cloud technology with a willingness to learn.
- Strong customer care skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in business operations, customer service, or sales.
- Familiarity with Microsoft or Cloud platforms.
- Understanding of IT and software business landscapes.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
