**Job Title: Co-op Student/Intern - Transaction Services**

**Location:** Toronto, ON
**Duration:** 4 or 8 months (May to August 2025 or December 2025)

**Your Opportunity:**
Join our Transaction Services team and take on responsibilities including:

- Conducting market, industry, and company research
- Evaluating historical business performance and financial projections
- Understanding key accounting policies and management control environments
- Performing in-depth financial analyses, including sustainability of earnings and cash flows, and other key financial performance drivers
- Assisting in the preparation of detailed buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence reports
- Supporting various business development initiatives including pitches and proposals
- Communicating directly with transaction counterparties
- Contributing to team effectiveness and morale
- Occasionally supporting other business units in a cross-functional capacity

**Your Experience and Education:**

- Currently enrolled in an accounting-focused post-secondary program, intending to pursue the CPA designation
- Strong interest in financial due diligence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
