**Position Overview:**
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be part of our up-market Commercial team, focusing on growing organizations with 1,000-10,000 employees. This role may offer office-based, office-flexible, or remote work arrangements, depending on the team.

**Responsibilities:**
- Sell the Customer 360 Platform or specific cloud solutions.
- Understand business operations and the priorities driving decisions at the C-level.
- Identify business challenges and align our solutions to resolve them.
- Build trust with clients while influencing purchasing decisions.
- Focus on value and ROI when selling, rather than just technical functionality.
- Generate a sales pipeline leading to revenue closure and quota achievement.
- Collaborate with internal teams for enhanced value and expertise.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- 5-15 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in field sales.
- Experience managing 2-20 existing customer accounts or 50-200 new logo accounts.
- Proven track record selling to C-suite executives.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience required.

**Salary Range:**
For British Columbia-based roles, the salary range for this position is CAD 84,100 to CAD 148,500.
