**Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager / Account Executive**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager or Account Executive to manage a portfolio of high-quality construction insurance business. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial specialty commercial brokerage and an industry-leading brand.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage a renewal book of construction insurance business, including day-to-day client service, marketing, renewals, and specialty coverages.
- Provide responsive service and ensure renewals are handled per best practices.
- Oversee account documentation, including inquiries, quotes, binders, and insurance contracts.
- Review and analyze clients' current coverage, exposures, and loss experience.
- Coordinate client support with PWA’s support team.
- Foster productive relationships with underwriters and internal teams.
- Develop business strategy, marketing presentations, and proposals in collaboration with management.
- Maintain workflow documentation in the broker management system (EPIC).
- Actively engage in professional development to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance experience (Account Manager role) or 7-10 years (Account Executive role).
- R.I.B.O. license required; C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designations preferred.
- Client development and relationship management experience.
- Strong understanding of policy wordings and proven negotiation skills.
- Ability to mentor and support others.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and broker management systems; experience with EPIC preferred.
