**POSITION OVERVIEW:**
Petrela, Winter & Associates (“PWA”) is hiring an Insurance Services Associate for our Toronto location. This is an entry-level opportunity ideally suited for an individual wishing to pursue a career in commercial insurance in an administrative support role. PWA is a leader in the field of construction insurance and bonding—a well-respected brokerage firm with a defined construction specialty and strategic advantage. **RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Provide administrative support through preparation of certificates of insurance (COI) and related documentation (e.g., auto pink slips).
- Check client records to ascertain relevant coverages for documentation.
- Interact with clients to service and deliver documentation requests.
- Collaborate with Account Manager and Insurance Associate colleagues for guidance on client service requests.
- Manage COI issuance process on renewal business, including large client renewals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
- Preference given to individuals with some insurance experience; however, experience is not compulsory, and full training will be provided.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to be a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills, as well as organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Preference given to individuals with EPIC experience.
