**Role Overview:**
As a Commercial Product Manager, you will define the product roadmap for ERP and back-office solutions that streamline finance and HR operations for K12 school districts and nonprofit organizations. This role emphasizes delivering solutions that empower organizations to achieve their goals—improving student outcomes and advancing community causes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers to understand pain points and workflows.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs and business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and execution against roadmap goals.
- Conduct market analysis to keep our product competitive.
- Define clear requirements, user stories, and success criteria for each feature or initiative.
- Measure performance using KPIs and customer adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

**Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Pragmatic Product Management, ERP certifications) are a plus.

**Core Skills and Experience:**
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or ERP solutions.
- 2+ years of experience with K12 or nonprofit ERP products preferred.
- Strong ability to define, prioritize, and execute on a product roadmap.
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing customer requirements.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, financial workflows, and HR processes.
- Proven ability to align stakeholders and deliver results.
- Experience creating clear product requirements and user stories.

**Tools Usage:**
- Experience with ERP solutions like Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, NetSuite, or Workday.
- Proficient in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
- Ability to analyze trends with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

**Soft Skills:**
- Deep understanding of K12 and nonprofit challenges with a passion for problem-solving.
- Strong analytical mindset driven by data.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

**Nice to Have:**
- Experience in K12 education or nonprofit operations.
- Familiarity with financial workflows and HR processes.
- Certifications in ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
