**Job Title: Corporate Educator - Permanent Part-Time**
**Position Overview:**
The Corporate Educator will collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate educational activities for clinical and other staff, ensuring alignment with organizational and departmental strategic priorities. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement across teams, utilizing innovative educational approaches.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct learning needs assessments for diverse user groups.
- Collaborate with Clinical Educators and subject matter experts to create and implement relevant education programs.
- Develop eLearning curriculum and content using appropriate authoring tools.
- Evaluate education curriculum and courses, promoting continuous improvement.
- Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user enrollment and curriculum assignment.
- Develop quizzes and tests to assess information retention.
- Employ a project management approach for curriculum development and delivery, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate educational activities such as workshops, classes, and in-services.
- Collaborate with the education team to maintain attendance and learning records for staff.
- Compile annual and ad hoc reports and pull educational reports as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field required.
- Post-undergraduate degree, certificate, or diploma in Adult Education, eLearning, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in eLearning development and/or LMS administration in the healthcare field.
- Active involvement in personal continuing education.
- Proficient in Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, eLearning Development Software, and Applications.
- Demonstrated ability to assess/evaluate learning needs for varying group sizes and professions.
- Familiarity with ADDIE, instructional design, and adult education principles.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating eLearning programs.
- Strong project management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Consistent work performance and attendance record.
