**Day in the Life:**
As a Credit Team Lead, you will handle multi-division accounts and lead a team of Credit Service Coordinators. Reporting to the Corporate Credit Manager, you will ensure process adherence and deadlines are met. Responsibilities include coaching and managing team performance, collaborating with multiple departments, addressing customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and overseeing administrative tasks such as maintaining credit hold lists, AR collections, and account monitoring.

**Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience leading a team in construction or manufacturing
- Experience with Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) software
- Direct experience in assessing credit risk
- Strong analytical ability to reconcile accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Power BI
- CCP designation or two years enrolled in a CCP program is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
