**Role Overview**
As a Customer Data Platform Practice Leader, you will help clients leverage customer data to unlock business value and innovative solutions. You will build high-performing teams and elevate thought leadership in both functional and technical aspects of Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for the CDP practice.
- Support business development activities to expand the sales pipeline.
- Deliver complex engagements related to CDP solutions, from strategy through implementation.
- Develop partnerships with leading CDP vendors and integrate their products into clients' technical environments.
- Collaborate with client IT and marketing executives to develop business cases for CDP solutions.
- Work alongside other Deloitte leaders to integrate CDP capabilities into broader business opportunities.
- Mentor and nurture the next generation of CDP practitioners.
**About The Team**
The Marketing & Commerce team designs solutions that activate customers throughout their journey, transforming marketing and operations into modern, data-driven organizations.
**Qualifications:**
- 10-15+ years of experience in building and managing practices in customer and marketing technologies.
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365), Master Data Management (MDM), and CDP solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer identification techniques and data integration processes.
- Proven experience with marketing technologies such as Adobe, Google, and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant experience in Consumer, Public Sector, or Financial Services industries.
- Consulting experience is an asset.
- Preferred educational background in business, marketing, computer science/engineering, or information management.
- Bilingual in French and English is desirable, particularly for candidates in the Montreal area.
**Total Rewards**
The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $234,000, with eligibility for participation in our bonus program. Our Total Rewards Package goes beyond traditional compensation, including mental health support benefits, a flexible spending account, generous time off, and a hybrid work structure.
