**Role Overview:**
As a CyberArk Engineer Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cybersecurity of a large financial institution and ensuring appropriate credential access. This position involves provisioning new credentials across various technology infrastructure platforms and working closely with clients and project teams for successful onboarding.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage Identity Access Management, including adding, removing, and changing credentials in platforms such as Active Directory, Mainframe, Unix, Windows, and Database platforms.
- Oversee the vaulting and management of credentials using CyberArk.
- Prioritize and manage requests from users, managers, and other teams in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to the bank’s policies and guidelines related to Identity Access Management.
- Maintain ongoing quality and compliance with Identity Access Management controls.
**Qualifications:**
- Relevant experience with privileged access provisioning and CyberArk, particularly in Credential Management and its components (Enterprise Password Vault, Central Password Manager, Privileged Session Manager).
- Preferred: CyberArk Trustee certification.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
- Experience across platforms (Active Directory, Mainframe, Unix, Windows, Database).
- Understanding of IAM technologies, security standards, and IT access management lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently.
**Compensation:**
- Role Location: Ontario
- Compensation Range: $89,000 - $109,000
