**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a D365 Senior Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze business issues and identify solution requirements and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive product development.
- Design system architecture for Dynamics 365 F&O integrating with other modules.
- Manage environment/code upgrades and maintenance of both managed and unmanaged environments.
- Customize Dynamics 365 and build custom APIs and OData entities.
- Set up and manage code promotion through Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Optimize performance while managing Azure VMs, Azure Pipelines, and LCS.
- Create or modify forms, SSRS reports, tables, and Data Management Framework Entities for external integration.
- Develop in-house tools to automate release workflows.
- Assist team members with technical issues and provide training.
- Provide off-hour support and create documentation on implementation methodologies and best practices.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Software Engineering.
- 7-10 years of industry experience.
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX.
- 5 years of experience in Object-Oriented design and development (X, .NET/C#).
- Strong expertise in SSRS, Microsoft Azure, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:**
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 MB-300/MB-500 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate certification.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Development, Extensions, and Deployment for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet multiple project deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule to meet project deadlines.
