ENTEGRAD® is the global leader in Ultra-High Resolution (UHR) pipeline in-line inspection technologies, driving innovation in pipeline integrity. We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Analyst Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a team of data analysts, ensuring the effective collection, analysis, and interpretation of critical data to drive operational excellence. Your expertise will be vital in optimizing processes and providing actionable insights that contribute to the success of our business. This role is on-site at our Vaughan, Ontario location.

**Position Summary:**
The Data Analysis Supervisor will oversee a regional data analysis staff, ensuring timely delivery and high accuracy in reports. You will lead a mid-sized to large team, aligning processes and workflows with customer needs.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Prioritize and supervise the day-to-day activities of regional Data Analysis personnel.
- Ensure efficient workflow and scalable systems to meet strategic growth and customer commitments.
- Drive the highest quality of reports and implement quality checks.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in the identification and classification of integrity threats.
- Attend client performance meetings and implement feedback for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Perform Data Quality Assessments (DQA) and QA/QC checks as required.
- Assist in risk assessments for future ILI surveys and standardizing processes.
- Train data analysis personnel and assist in the recruiting process.

**Requirements:**
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, or a technical discipline; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pipeline services or a similar industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interpreting Inline Inspection data.
- Strong work ethic and advanced proficiency in applicable software applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of PHMSA Part 192 and 195 regulations, API, NACE, and ASME standards preferred.
