**Job Type:** 12-Month Contract (potential for full-time)

**Location:** Hybrid position (minimum of 2 in-office days per week), North York, Toronto

**Job Summary:**
The iLobby RevOps team is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to drive data integration initiatives. This role involves consolidating and transforming historical client data across multiple systems, ensuring seamless connections using business-specific identifiers. Responsibilities include data cleanup, system integration, and evolving into strategic analysis and reporting to inform company decisions regarding customer behavior and revenue potential.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Data Cleanup & Integration**
- Import and clean large datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy across platforms.
- Integrate and connect external data sets using unique identifiers to create a unified database.
- Validate and ensure completeness of data during the integration process.
- Document data workflows and integration methods.

- **Transition to Strategic Analytics**
- Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to provide insights into revenue and operational efficiency.
- Utilize integrated data to create reports for business decisions, focusing on customer churn and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and Tech teams to solve data-related challenges.
- Help shape the use of data to guide business decisions, offering actionable insights for leadership.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of data systems and interconnections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Familiarity with data integration tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of data governance principles.
