We are seeking a Data Analyst who is passionate about utilizing data and analytics to deliver on our mission. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on the various events and programs at PMCF. This role requires leveraging analytical skills and business acumen to optimize programs, deepen supporter engagement, and drive revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a bridge between the business and analytics team, aligning data insights with business questions and goals.
- Deliver regular performance reports with actionable recommendations to enhance supporter engagement, retention, and acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure program effectiveness, conducting A/B testing and summarizing key learnings.
- Consolidate key business performance insights from previous years to guide future planning.
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Create and present clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations for decision-making.
- Help define and refine KPIs, benchmarks, and measurement frameworks for organizational programs.

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's or graduate degree in data science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in data analysis, reporting, or market research.
- Prior experience in fundraising and/or philanthropy is an asset.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to apply analytic techniques to diverse datasets.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools considered an asset.
- Proven success in translating data insights into strategic recommendations that drive business outcomes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach.
