**About the Opportunity:**
The Quality and Food Safety Data Manager will lead the digital transformation program for the Quality and Food Safety function. This role involves developing and implementing a new data collection and reporting framework, analyzing and interpreting data related to quality and food safety metrics, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement new digital tools or upgrade existing data management systems to enhance data volume, accuracy, accessibility, and analysis efficiency.
- Lead Quality and Food Safety digital transformation projects while ensuring milestones and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with teams to incorporate data-related aspects into decision-making processes.
- Collect, clean, and analyze quality and food safety data from various sources to generate reports and visualize findings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing food safety and quality data.
- Act as a liaison between the Quality & Food Safety team and other departments to share insights and recommendations.
- Provide training and technical support to staff on data systems and reporting tools.

**Qualifications:**
- Master’s degree in data science, statistics, manufacturing performance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree with significant experience considered).
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing and quality & food safety context.
- Proven success in using data analytics to drive process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of project management, change management, and lean manufacturing tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
