**Job Title: Data Quality Lead (Contract)**

**Job Description:**
One of our clients in the retail sector is seeking a Data Quality Lead on a contract basis.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Team Management:** Oversee and coordinate onshore and offshore QA teams to ensure efficient workload distribution and delivery of high-quality annotations.
- **Requirement Definition:** Establish and communicate annotation requirements for machine learning models focused on product attribute recognition.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with Business Analysts and Data Science teams to ensure deliverables align with project objectives.
- **Process Development:** Create and enforce QA workflows, conduct audits, and maintain annotation accuracy standards.
- **Training & Mentorship:** Train and mentor team members to enhance skills, standardize processes, and ensure quality consistency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Proven track record as a QA Lead managing distributed teams.
- 4+ years in Quality Assurance, including:
- 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably overseeing both onshore and offshore teams.
- 1+ years of experience with annotation tasks or collaboration on machine learning projects.
- **Technical Expertise:** Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, annotation processes, and quality assurance practices. Familiarity with QA and annotation tools, as well as project management platforms.
- **Leadership Skills:** Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities to drive team performance and meet project goals.
