**Job Description:**
As a member of the Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for cleansing and extracting insights from large datasets. Your focus will be on developing and deploying machine learning models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to derive actionable insights and solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance our product offerings.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Exploratory Data Analysis:** Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and trends.
- **Machine Learning:** Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to address business challenges using GCP’s ML tools. Monitor and refine models for accuracy and effectiveness.
- **Experimentation and Testing:** Design and execute A/B tests and other statistical tests to measure business strategy impacts. Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with data engineers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- **GCP Utilization:** Leverage GCP’s suite of products, including BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Storage for data management and analysis.

**Qualifications:**
- Experience in data science, specifically in using machine learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS).
- Strong programming skills in Python and R, with experience in data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.

**Position Requirements:**
This is an in-office position requiring an office presence 4 days a week, with 1 day of work from home.
