**About the Role:**
The Data Scientist at Zenduit is crucial for transformative decision-making, utilizing complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive our innovative SaaS solutions. This role involves creating powerful narratives from data to inform strategic direction and enhance our data-driven culture.

**Responsibilities:**
- Collect, process, and analyze data from various telematics sources.
- Develop data models and algorithms for telematics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address key business questions.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
- Optimize data collection and analysis procedures for quality assurance.
- Conduct data audits to maintain data integrity across systems.
- Develop predictive models to identify trends for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance customer insights and analytics offerings.
- Prepare and present reports on data analysis findings.
- Experience building AI tools, bots, or applications.

- Enhance decision-making efficiency through data models by 25%.

**Requirements:**

**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in data science focused on Python, Angular, Nodes, including model training, deployment, and maintenance.
- Proven experience developing and implementing Generative AI models.

**Technical Skills:**
- Expertise in NLP and deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Skilled in customizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of Information Retrieval for document question answering.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and version control (e.g., Git).

**Soft Skills:**
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and proactive.

**Bonus Skills:**
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment.
