**Pay Details:** $76,800 - $115,200 CAD

**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to lead and execute analytics projects supporting the ATM business. The successful candidate will act as an analytics subject matter expert, liaising with data, reporting, and other partners to provide analytics thought leadership and deliver analytics products. This role requires establishing strong relationships with ATM business partners to address all analytics, reporting, and AI/ML needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytics projects.
- Design scalable analytics solutions with input from data and reporting partners.
- Maintain and refine analytics products to support business-as-usual activities.
- Conduct data quality checks and validate data for high-quality, data-driven decision-making.
- Understand data from various applications and systems to provide quality analytical advice.
- Identify opportunities for automation and performance improvements within projects.
- Maintain documentation to ensure governance, compliance, and business continuity.
- Utilize SQL, R, Python, Databricks, Microsoft Azure, and Office applications for analytical tasks.

**Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or a related role, preferably in a contact center or financial institution.
- Strong expertise in SQL, R, Python, Databricks, Microsoft Azure, and Office applications.
- Proven ability to apply statistical and mathematical theories to business scenarios.
- Experience with complex data structures in multi-business environments.
- Knowledge of banking industry value creation and contact centre operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize ETL processes.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with channels data and related hierarchies.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment across multiple business units.
