**Position Overview:**
As a Data and Systems Analyst, you will provide ongoing support in data analytics, software support, and electronic work packages for various nuclear projects. This role includes conducting risk analysis and reporting in areas such as safety, quality, production, and cost.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collect, manage, and interpret data to identify trends to support various projects.
- Develop series modeling based on data-gathering techniques and establish automated workflows.
- Apply statistical and process analysis techniques to support planning, training, and execution phases.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
- Develop reports, procedures, and processes as required.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and project teams.
- Liaise with vendors for software development, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Develop and deliver training on new software and technologies to the nuclear division.
- Act as a subject matter expert for commonly used software in the nuclear division.
- Independently plan, schedule, and manage your time effectively.

**Qualifications:**
- Understanding of business intelligence platforms (preferably with Microsoft products such as Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, Databricks, and Excel).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or project engineering in a construction or EPC environment.
- Fundamental knowledge of gateway applications related to business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to design and implement databases to support the business unit.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Post-secondary education in Data Analytics or Engineering discipline.
