**Key Responsibilities:**

**Delivery:**
- Understand and implement critical success factors for projects.
- Achieve or exceed profitability targets and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Manage client expectations and address issues promptly.

**Team Leadership:**
- Motivate and empower teams to foster a positive culture.
- Develop team members through performance management and feedback.
- Ensure team members have clear goals and learning objectives.

**Governance:**
- Establish and follow appropriate project governance and quality standards.
- Manage project risks and ensure compliance with confidentiality policies.

**Business Development:**
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to identify growth opportunities.
- Promote Kainos successes through various channels.
- Ensure compliance with commercial terms of projects.

**Professional Development:**
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Management Capability.
- Encourage innovation in technology and processes.
- Assist with recruitment efforts to support organizational growth.
