**Position Overview:**
The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor (DBA) is responsible for developing deep, long-lasting relationships with customers that drive sales, service, and loyalty. The DBA will achieve the sales target of their assigned brand through excellent service and product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver extraordinary service to all customers consistently
- Exceed personal and brand sales and service goals
- Build a loyal client base by acquiring new customers and developing existing relationships
- Share expert product knowledge with the sales team
- Maintain relationships with the buyer, vendor, and selling manager
- Drive brand sales by identifying marketing opportunities and executing events
- Attend educational sessions on product knowledge and vendor offerings
- Perform sales support tasks including floor recovery and visual merchandising
- Communicate with personal clients regarding in-store events and merchandise
- Resolve customer service issues effectively
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of two years' experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Previous luxury retail sales experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-confident, and self-motivated
- Fully bilingual in French and English
