**Position Overview:**
The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor (DBA) develops deep, long-lasting relationships with customers, leading to increased sales, service, and loyalty. The DBA is responsible for achieving the sales targets of their assigned brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver extraordinary service to all customers
- Exceed individual and brand sales and service goals
- Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team
- Maintain solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and management
- Identify key marketing opportunities and communicate suggestions to management
- Attend all educational sessions including product knowledge and seminars
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, and related sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding events and merchandise
- Resolve customer service issues, collaborating with management as necessary
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and privacy regulations

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of two years' experience in a commission-based sales environment
- Prior retail experience in a luxury environment is preferred
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-confident, and self-motivated
- Fully bilingual in French and English
