**About the Position:**
We are looking for an Email Developer – Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for producing, automating, deploying, and monitoring acquisition, retention, transactional, and communicational emails for clients and prospects across the various brands of Intact Financial Corporation (including Intact Insurance and belairdirect).

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and optimize front-end code to deliver responsive email campaigns.
- Manage personalization, versions, and rendering of emails, perform pre-deployment tests, deploy campaigns, and monitor email delivery via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create, maintain, and monitor automated processes for email and SMS campaigns.
- Participate in the audience and segment determination process to create targeted lists and guide the necessary requirements for desired personalization levels.
- Stay updated on technological trends, innovations, and best practices in electronic communications and proactively share findings with the team.
- Collaborate with marketing consultants, internal stakeholders, and external creative agencies as needed.
- Implement A/B testing, integrate dynamic content, and adopt best practices for accessibility and deliverability.
- Evaluate campaign performance and suggest optimization and innovation opportunities.
- Liaise with IT resources for platform maintenance as required.

**Qualifications:**
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud; experience with Adobe Campaign is an asset.
- Mastery of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
- Experience with Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite products.
- Familiarity with email testing tools, such as Litmus.
- Strong work methodology and excellent time and priority management skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, autonomous approach focused on solutions and collaboration.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is an asset.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required for regular interaction with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- No work experience in Canada is required, but a work permit for Canada is necessary.
