**Job Posting: DevOps Engineer**

**Mandatory Skills:**
- DevOps (CI/CD, Jenkins)
- Python scripting and Unix Shell Script or Groovy Script (preferably Python)
- Java
- Full automation knowledge with DevOps processes

**Role Overview:**
- Provide technical leadership to team members while being hands-on.
- Track and monitor deliverables of team members.
- Manage, monitor, and communicate activities including quality and completion of own work while concurrently overseeing the work of team members.
- Manage the SCM tool, build and deployment scripts, and non-production environments.
- Build code from SCM and create binaries.
- Deploy binaries in the respective environments.
- Debug and fix issues related to the environment.
- Orchestrate CI/CD pipeline flow for applications.
- Create robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo, and UDeploy.
- Adapt branching strategies in source code versioning for better tracking of releases.
- Implement quality checks as part of the CI/CD pipeline to ensure stable code delivery.
- Implement continuous testing to accelerate the CI/CD cycle.
- Drive technology automation and CI/CD adoption across all channels.
- Collaborate with application development teams to enhance CI/CD and release management processes.
- Understand technology industry trends and their impact on platform automation for future solutions, providing strategic direction.
