- Attract, develop, and retain top talent that excels in developing new business and nurturing existing business.
- Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved through coaching and skills development.
- Identify target clients and support business plan development and activities.
- Participate in leading and supporting prospect and client meetings.
- Measure, monitor, and performance manage financial, sales, and client staffing objectives and results.
