**Job Description:**
Reporting to the Managing Director of Learning & Development, the Director, Learning and Development will partner with global internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver integrated global learning programs. The Director will leverage best practices in learning and measurement to lead the learning strategy and enable exceptional employee performance.

**Role-Specific Responsibilities:**
- Manage and develop a team of learning professionals to support world-class learning experiences.
- Partner with business units to execute the learning strategy, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Conduct needs analysis to inform program design and establish measurement tools for tracking success.
- Deploy innovative learning modalities and experiences to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide consultancy and thought leadership to enhance business performance and align with strategic objectives.
- Manage resources, operations, budgets, and vendor relationships for learning and development initiatives.
- Advocate for continuous learning and leadership development within the organization.

**Qualifications:**
- Extensive experience in developing large-scale learning and development programs.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and innovative training solutions.
- Proven track record in driving behavioral change through collaboration and inclusivity.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
