**Position: Director of Product Design, Consumer Facing**
**Location: Bangkok (Relocation Provided)**

**Role Overview:**

The Director of Product Design for our Consumer Facing Teams will define and implement design strategies while maintaining high standards in execution. The candidate will scale and build global design principles, usability, Design Systems, and accessibility standards, ensuring consistency in product presentation. This individual will lead a diverse team of designers at various levels and collaborate closely with product and technology leaders as well as executive teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Define and implement design strategies for Consumer Facing partners, ensuring user-friendly and seamless product interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology management to align strategies and effectively utilize design resources.
- Contribute to global product design principles and usability standards.
- Build and manage a diverse and inclusive team of product designers.
- Shape the product roadmap and support the development of design talent within the team.
- Measure success through KPIs, reporting on performance and business impact.

**Qualifications:**

- 8+ years of Design and UX leadership experience in high-traffic digital products (100,000+ daily visitors), preferably in e-commerce.
- Experience leading teams of 30+ designers, with a strong background in people management, team development, and organizational building.
- Proven ability to advocate for user-centered design.
- Strong experience with Design Systems and end-to-end experience design.
- Excellent strategic problem-solving skills, capable of balancing long-term vision with short- and medium-term goals.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners and engaging stakeholders at various levels.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in OTAs or product-driven companies.
- Experience managing design teams, including Designer Managers and Principal Designers.
- Background in driving strategy and influencing product roadmaps.
