**Job Title: Director, Revenue & Category Management**

**Position Summary:**
The Director of Revenue & Category Management will drive best-in-class revenue management capabilities to maximize revenue, margin, and market share in Canada. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role is crucial for developing and executing pricing and promotional strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead price and promotion strategy based on predictive analytics and market insights.
- Establish strategic pricing and promotion guidelines by product, channel, and region.
- Facilitate Monthly Business Planning meetings with key customers to identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize NielsenIQ for category insights, driving brand and category development.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to achieve commercial priorities.
- Oversee the implementation of an upgraded Trade Planning & Management system in partnership with U.S. counterparts.
- Coach and develop a team of direct reports, fostering an inspiring vision for change.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the CPG food or beverage industry, focusing on Pricing and Revenue Management.
- Proven expertise in managing pricing and trade spend in Canada.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data to drive results.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Nielsen data insights and advanced analytical skills.
- A degree in Business or Commerce is required.
