**About the Role:**
The Partnerships & Alliances (P&A) team at Thomson Reuters manages the lifecycle of strategic partnerships and alliances. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual for the role of Director of Partnerships & Alliances. The Director will lead a team of Partnerships Managers and Partner Associates to support our sales objectives by collaborating with various external partners.
**Responsibilities:**
- Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for partners and monitoring execution against those metrics.
- Develop strategies for optimizing the day-to-day management of partnerships.
- Address challenges arising from partner engagement, balancing stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with Training and Partner Enablement to establish knowledge materials for marketing, sales, and support.
- Coordinate partner efforts with Sales leaders and teams.
- Ensure effective communication of product strategy and enhancements to partners.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management or related field.
- 8+ years of global industry experience in software/SaaS companies.
- Experience in team management.
- Proven track record of driving sales through partnership channels.
- Deep understanding of AI and software technology landscape.
- Experience in leveraging AI for market analysis and partnership success evaluations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on market trends and financial data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Ability to develop and manage relationships with global accounts.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
**Compensation:**
- Base compensation range varies by location:
- New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, McLean, Washington DC: $173,300 - $321,800
- Eagan, Ann Arbor, Richmond, Rochester: $149,700 - $277,900
- Chicago, Frisco, Houston, fully remote: $157,500 - $292,500
- Annual Bonus eligibility based on performance.
