**Position: Director of People and Culture Business Partners**

**About the Role:**
The Director of People and Culture Business Partners is a national role leading a team of 15-20, with 5 direct reports, providing both strategic and hands-on support to the leadership and associate populations within HelloFresh's Distribution Centers, Production, Logistics Hubs, and Corporate locations. Reporting to the Head of People, this role is responsible for driving People functional excellence, executing on people initiatives, and delivering an outstanding employee experience. This role requires an on-site presence a minimum of 3-4 days a week at a field location and 1 day a week at our Toronto HQ, with the ability to travel an average of up to 50% of the time within Canada.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Set the vision, direction, and culture of the team of People professionals; manage performance expectations and goals.
- Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders throughout the organization utilizing a matrixed shared services model.
- Collaborate with the North American cluster People team to identify, develop, and implement People strategies and programs.
- Build strategic relationships with business partners, using data to identify root causes and informing business decisions.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance business objectives and productivity.
- Drive employee engagement efforts for senior leaders, front-line managers, and associates.
- Continuously innovate People solutions and process improvements in collaboration with People and Culture Managers.
- Lead national projects, build stakeholder buy-in, and drive execution using effective change and project management skills.
- Serve as a People and Culture Business Partner for national leaders, advising on performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness.
- Ensure legislative compliance across Canada, including health and safety and company policies.

**Qualifications:**
- 7+ years of experience in human resources management, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics distribution centers, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, or customer service environments.
- Experience supporting hourly employee populations of 500+.
- Strong project management and process improvement expertise.
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and organizational design.
- Strong understanding of health and safety, employment, and human rights legislation in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Proficient in coaching, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
- Ability to navigate high-pressure environments and ambiguity.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
