**Job Title: Revenue Management Lead**
**Location: Canada (Markham, Ontario; Blacks Harbour, New Brunswick; Saint John, New Brunswick; Remote)**
**Overview:**
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the primary objective of this role is to drive best-in-class revenue management capabilities within the Revenue Management team and across the organization to maximize revenue, margin, and market share in Canada.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the price and promotion strategy, leveraging predictive analytics and market knowledge.
- Develop strategic and tactical pricing and promotion guidelines by product, channel, and region.
- Conduct Monthly Business Planning meetings with customer teams to identify value growth opportunities.
- Utilize NielsenIQ for category knowledge and insights to identify opportunities for brand and category development.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute commercial priorities, including innovation and in-store activation.
- Implement an upgraded Trade Planning & Management system for North America.
- Drive best-in-class revenue management capabilities using the NIQ Trade and Price Optimization system to set overall trade promotion and price strategy.
- Create pricing strategies based on predictive analytics and competitive changes.
- Monitor profit margin delivery and recommend actions for maximization.
- Develop annual operating plans in conjunction with Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- Maintain integrity of master pricing and product hierarchy data.
- Coach and develop team members, including direct reports.
**Qualifications:**
- Extensive experience managing pricing and trade spend in a CPG company in Canada.
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
- Proven ability to drive results and manage successful project outcomes.
- Solid business and financial acumen with P&L management experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with retail grocery operations in Canada.
- Experience analyzing and presenting Nielsen data insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence skills across functions.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with CAS, SAP, or other TPM solutions is preferred.
- University degree in Business or Commerce.
- 10+ years of experience in the CPG Food/Beverage industry with a focus on Pricing, Revenue Management, Trade Marketing, or Customer Finance.
